Frequently Asked Questions

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please contact the front desk Our standard check-in time


In case you would like to change your reservation please contact us via email followed by a call at +306983674088. Please read more about it in the "Cancellation policy" chapter.

Extensions are welcome, subject to availability in the same room—or, if preferred, another room—upon mutual agreement.

Cancellation is free of charge  if requested up to 30 days prior to your arrival. In case the cancellation request is 30 days or less prior to your arrival, 50% of the deposited amount will be charged. There is zero-refund policy for last minute cancellations  or if you don't show up.

Vanesa Luxury Apartments reserves full right to the reservation on its side under committed only on full refund of clients pre-deposit.

Please report any damage immediately so that it can be fixed as soon as possible. In cases of non reversible damage to installation and electro domestic appliances, an extra charge may be held.

Pet Policy

• Pets of any kind are not permitted on the premises.

Social Gatherings / Parties
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours are enforced nightly from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM.
Failure to observe quiet hours may incur a termination of your reservation.
